Could any one advise or recommend a place where I can buy used car. I need the fastest and safest place. Probably a dealer.
I live in Helsinki.

http://www.nettiauto.com/ contains cars on sale both by private people and dealers. The 'safest' ones are such (newish) cars that are still being offered some kind of warranty by the dealer. Other than that, there's no telling which seller in any single case would be the best bet.
