Wanting to know any other second-hand online websites to specially buy baby stuff like second hand prams (apart from huutonet).

This one. Finland Forum has a "For Sale and Wanted" section. I've found lots of second hand things right here.

There's a second hand childrens shop on Mariankatu. Occasionally they have something like a double pram, but they're quite rare.
