WANTED: Eino Leino's RUNOT [Collected Poems] ISBN: 951108376

Post by goodfellow_95476 » Thu Apr 29, 2004 11:38 pm

Grace Unto You And Peace,
English Speakers in Finland

My Cousin is trying to help me get a copy of Eino Leino's "RUNOT" [Collected Poems]; (Otava; Helsinki; 1985) 1,500pp. ISBN: 9511083767

But she is very busy at court and I feel like "bad" about asking her to do "too" much.

So-if you know of a copy for sale, please contact me with the price.

I'm not rich. I live in the States. [Is this an oxymoron?]

Am I an oxymoron? or just a moron?

Any help that you can extend would be greatly appreciated.

Agape ja Kiitos,

Don as "Tauno"

Post Scriptus: I have the incomplete paperwork to apply as an offspring of a Finnish citizen for a Finnish passport. The political situation here is so sad, so painful, so anti-life. Life reads like a copy of "One Day In The Life Of Ivan Dennisovich."

Ok, ISBN helps, but on the online bookshops its not there. So it requires a stint to the bookshop or then a rummage through "divari". Lets see what the resident bookworms get into.

Oh well, you want to switch? Life here is a mixture of Kafka and book of Job, with a stint of 'Shackleton's voyage'.
Cheers, Hank W.
