Iirc employer can decline a note from the first one, being either a private doctor you visited by yourself or health center or what ever. They can demand that you visit "their" doctor.

Worrying? Why? Employer _can_ accept the note from the first doctor, but they don't _have to_. If they don't accept one, then they have to point a doctor whose note they will accept. It is not unknown for people to shop for doctor that gives few days leave...

edit. For a good paper look for a relevant collective agreement.

Who said same day? You deliver the note from the first doctor (if s/he is willing to write another! the paper costs and I have a hunch that the employer a isn't willing to pay for employer b's one) and the employer either accepts that or tells you where to get one, if you are really sick you take taxi and bill the company.

Sick leave as a term gives wrong impression... you are sick and doctor (or nurse in some cases) thinks you are unable to work. You don't have "2 different sic leaves" but one (hopefully :) sickness. In some cases it might be a show stopper only in one job, think broken leg and telesales and post delivery, you can do the former, but not the latter.

Obviously you are really worried about this. Why don't you just ask your work place, or better yet the HR or payroll of your work place and see what they say. In the end a doctor's note is a doctor's note so maybe they'll say one from somewhere is fine as long as its official. The best place to get an answer to this question is your place of work.
