Like I said, I went ??? on maternal milk powder. Never ever heard about anything like that (I'm native)... vegetarian or not. "Uncommon" to put it mildly, I would say.
If you drink milk, why not just drink that warm? And find some vegan source for DHA that you can add to your diet if you feel you aren't getting enough of it. Nuts and seeds I would guess... found this link:

But in the end... ordinary food, assuming a somewhat varied diet, should provide you with all the needed nutrients. I would guess that Folic Acid is the only thing that might be good to supplement with, just to be on the safe side. But if you do have concerns about your nutrition, you can always ask the "neuvola" to refer you to a nutritionist.
