No chance, you are returned to UK when you say word "asulym". Asylum is for people really in danger and you obviously arent.

What is problem, you can't get a new permit to UK or don't want to stay there?
(not particularly inclined to help somebody who indicates his intention is just to abuse the system)

going to Finland apply for asylum
You might be confused about this.
Asylum is for people who are prosecuted and their lives are in danger because of their religion, race and so on.
You are not.
You probably mean
Residence permit.
Read migri.fi there you can find all the answers.

There a lot of Pakistani students here and if they knew that applying for asylum would make them stay here, you would've seen the Police stations flooded with applications, in other words, you're way of thinking is ridiculous. Finland has become very strict in granting asylum and a lot of asylum seekers started to look elsewhere, so you don't stand a chance and eventually you will be deported. Try taking the honest way and look for a job, many Pakistani students were successful and obtained good jobs.

Asylum? NHS has mental health facilities.

You are lying, they do give asylum if you can prove that you do have genuine reason. Fact that you can go back and apply for new visas tells me you arent.

bullsht.
You're already out of Pakistan (which btw is not considered a dangerous country for prosecution) so if you want to apply for asylum, you have to do it in the UK. If you come to Finland and cry asylum, they send you back to the UK or Pakistan. (and the UK will kick you back to Pakistan I bet)
or I am also interested to study in Finland
Then you have to go back to Pakistan and apply from there.
But after the tricks you try to pull I give you very little chance for success.

So it's safe enough for you to go to Pakistan and apply for a visa eh?! This statement alone exposes your whole lie.
Most probably you will get a student residence permit and since you don't have any means of support, you're thinking of crying out the word 'asylum'. The problem is, you haven't seen the court cases of failed asylum seekers. Cases like yours are something common and the people at migri have seen it all.

This thread... people are taking it so seriously...
1. You can't apply for asylum. Finland will see that you stayed in UK and came from the UK. Hence you will be sent back to UK.
2. UK will send you back to Pakistan.
3. <Insert everything else, everyone else has said>
Point is mate. You can't apply for asylum in your situation. You're not living in a dangerous place, and you can't apply for asylum based on the fact that your 'home country' is in deep !"#¤%, when you aren't even living there.
