Hello
I am a woman from a developing country who is thinking about divorcing her Finn husband
I have moved out of Finland to secure a well paid Job
we married in finland, and signed a prenuptial agreement but we did not signed a post nuptial agreement :/
And my Finn husband is still in Finland, but jobless and there is not chance in the near future he will get a stable job
I am really worried that I "must give" him financial support after divorcing
do you have any sources of information about this issuse
where I could read and inform myself about this situation and whether I am legally accountable for that financial support?
Thanks

Re: Divorce / spouse support
Studying the following site — maintained by Ministry of Justice — would probably be a start:
- Dissolution of marriage
- Distribution of the property of the spouses
- Brochures (see the sidebar)

Re: Divorce / spouse support
Seems highly unlikely. For alimony with a childless couple alimony to applicable then generally speaking not only should one of the spouses be unable to support him/herself, but this situation should have risen because of the marriage. This hardly seems to be the case based on what you wrote.
References? Well, I could ask you study:
