Searching place to do my heavy work

I have to make some prototype before produce it, but I live in kerrostalo so I need to search some place, I can rent for short time, and can do some work like drill, cut, saw etc. Can any of you help me, is it exist in Finland?

Another possibility is Aalto Design Factory in Espoo which is right next to Aalto Venture Garage:

It's relatively small but I heard they have some kick-ass machines for fabrication. Being Aalto University, the folks there speak English pretty well if not fluent. It might be worth paying a visit.
