They used to have a customer service point at Haapaniemenkatu 4, where you could wait in line and talk with an employee.
Now that is not possible anymore.
The only contact options are a phone number which is never answered (i've spent hours on hold so far with no luck), and an email address where nobody replies to messages (three emails sent in that many weeks, no reply or any attempt to contact).
Has anyone had to deal with TE-Toimisto in the last two months? (Feb, March 2013)
