Saunalahti Prepaid Terminated with 38 euros lost. Help

I purchased the above prepaid mobile card a few years ago and updated it on 25th February 2012 and again on 25th February 2013, the card had 25.78e on account and the expiry date was 05-06-2013.
On 31-05-2013 my son credited the account with another 10e. He transferred the funds from F121 1248 3500 xxxx xx to F148 1574 3000 010 89. On the 5th June 2013 the number was terminated despite having 35.78e on the account.
I would like an explanation as to why my number was terminated by Elisa, can anyone help please or give me Elisa's address to write to please.
