Thats racist, there is no races or anything so there cant be afro-hair.
I wont hold my breath while waiting this clearly racist business to be sued tho
Good luck on your business. I do believe there is afro hair but im racist

So, please educate me..which exact aspect of the job description is considered racist?
The use of the word "Afro" or the fact that applicants should have experience with certain hair types?

The use of the word "Afro" or hinting there is difference between people.
Word afro, there cant be something like "cetrain hair types"- There cant be difference between "non afro" and "afro" hair. Racism.
If you differ different kind of hair thats racism, dont mind that if its real because reality has nothing to do with racism.
Remember that reality has nothing to do with this, you are racist if you even dare to think there is any difference

Thanks for the pearl of wisdom.

I'll have a shot of Fuzzy Bull with a twist of cornrow. Neat around the edges.
As he persisted, I was obliged to tootle him gently at first and then, seeing no improvement, to trumpet him vigorously with my horn.

Perhaps a salon is what you had in mind.
You are so right Anna

And since you are making that claim, I'm sure you can quote the relevant law. Or in other words... [citation needed].onkko wrote:I would hope this is standup but this is reality, thats racist and by law....
No, it's not illegal, it's not even racist. It would have been illegal if the job was only for people of certain race or gender but that was not the case here. But I guess that wasn't Onkko's point... it sounded more like a "oh, woe is us poor racists" rant.

Telling that there is differences is illegal.CH wrote:And since you are making that claim, I'm sure you can quote the relevant law. Or in other words... [citation needed].onkko wrote:I would hope this is standup but this is reality, thats racist and by law....

Even wondering that if there is curly african hair then are there straight finnish hair is illegal.
And by highest court is has nothing to do with common sense. Someone from somewhere may be offended so its illegal.
Reality doesnt matter.

So... quote the law in question.onkko wrote:Telling that there is differences is illegal.
!"#¤%. But quote the law in question if you insist it is.onkko wrote:Even wondering that if there is curly african hair then are there straight finnish hair is illegal.

Aww... poor you. Got your feelings hurt when sputtering racist opinions? Racism isn't illegal, discrimination and hate speech is. And noting differences in races is per se not racism, but racists do tend to go "all people of x are y so therefore they should/shouldn't be...", but that's a totally different issue. But not illegal.onkko wrote:Reality doesnt matter.
Re: New Afro-International saloon -Hairdresser and Barber wa
