Summer in Finland with my Children

I had the opportunity to visit Finland to study the educational system with my school principal's group last year and was enchanted. I would like to spend the summer with my children in Helsinki to investigate if a move is possible/advisable. I thought house sitting would be an excellent (and inexpensive) option. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to arrange a house sitting job?
