Re: I neen some advices!
I don't know if it's illegal but it certainly is a horrible thing to do to your partner and the father of your child
"Hi Finnish Guy! When I went home I married someone else, so I'm taking your child and moving with a man your child doesn't know. Thanks for all your support while I got established here and earned Finnish citizenship but now if you could bugger off, that would be great"
Step up and be an adult and at least end this relationship before marrying someone else. You haven't mentioned that your Finnish partner is abusive and you fear for your safety if you break up with him so.... Breaking up is hard. If you can't manage it like an adult, you probably shouldn't be marrying anyone.

Re: I neen some advices!
I'd HOPE it had an effect when courts decide (It does not look like these people are going to agree on things voluntarily, unless the OP plans to dump the kid as well) on custody and related issues, but does it do that actually, I do not know. The marriage of course would not be illegal.

In Finland the reason for divorce (or in your case to split with a co-habiting parent) is usually irrelevant when it comes to child custody and visiting rights and splitting of property. Get informed with a lawyer in case you want more information. Do it by the book, don't buy into your friends horror stories (sometimes there are legit reasons for complaining, more often than not the party complaining as as guilty as the other. You're just listening to one of the sides.) Surprising the other part with these kind of news is also highly unlikely to yield any benefits other than a possible bodyguard. In reality is more likely to make him more bitter and more inflexible when it comes to agreements.
Once you understand this, it would take a pretty darn selfish and cold-hearted person to keep on having a relationship with this man, even if you attend for his needs. Let him go, do not waste anymore of his time on a fake relationship, give him some respect. And have some respect for yourself as well, no matter how much you try to excuse yourself you'll still see through it when you see yourself in the mirror.

Re: I neen some advices!
Let me guess OP... You have obtained via that child now permanent residence in Finland so you cannot be kicked out...
In essence, using him and now that child as means to obtain RP.
NOW you discovered your "true love" from back home whom you wish to import here after marriage to soak up the benefits.
Great, just @#$% great. This is the time when I wish our legislation was good bit different so that your arse could be booted back to your "true love" and kid stay with father.

She had citizenship already, although rest of the theory might be still right.Tiwaz wrote:Let me guess OP... You have obtained via that child now permanent residence in Finland so you cannot be kicked out...
