What kind of cake are you looking for? Are you looking for just a birthday cake, or are you looking for something specific? Kakkukeisari has nice cakes, and you can order from them. They seemed to have some special cakes, but I don't know if they take requests outside of their sortiment. Bigger grocery stores sell cakes, and I would assume they take orders, too.

If you want something specific, like a character cake for a kid's birthday party I found quite a lot of places by googling for "tilata kakku espoo" (although not all were actually from Espoo).
