simple question about marriage in finland

Hi all
My question is i have italian residence permit and i came here in finland in august then i got married with finnish citizen in october .
Now i have to go to police to apply for resistance permit depend on family tie. But somebody told me they may refuse the application because we have stay married at least 6 months .is it right ?!

Thanks for your quick reply :)
I got my temporary finnish personal code until i make the residence permit .. is it possible to make KELA card by this temporary code or i have to wait the residence permit ?!

You don't live here yet so you are not covered by Kela. After you get your RP you live here.

another question if you please. I applied for residence permit and they asked me if i have other EU residence permit. I said yes cuz i have already italian residence permit
is it might help ?!

I don't see why it would help, I don't see why it would matter to you either, you'll get your permit anyway, if the marriage is legitimate.

More seriously: I don't like less than obvious abbreviations.

A month? It does not matter much, as you'll be (retroactively) covered from the date you got the residence permit.

I entered finland in august . Could when i answer the question of when u wish get the unemployment subsidy i put the which is august or i have to put the month which i get the residence permit ?!

Aren't you supposed to put the date? You need to put the first date you had registered officially as unemployed job seeker after obtaining the residence permit.

(being registered as a job seeker at unemployment office is a requirement for native born Finns as well)

Could somebody advice me which os better in services and reasonable fees .. osuuspankki or Ålandsbanken ?!
