Friends can be found, but most likely not as easily than what you are used to. Even if you had the language skills. There will be people who feel that you are not needed here even if you have a job... which will be first priority for you, if you are going to move here (

That the situation is bad in your country is no reason that you should be allowed to come and live in Finland.
Before you're allowed in you should have a residence permit. (
www.migri.fi)
And to get that, you should have a job first.
The chances you can get a job without speaking fluent Finnish are very small.

There are multiple issues with your post, but I'll only address then one about which you're concentrating - finding friends.
This is highly dependant on the city. I found it much easier to create nice networks of friends in Turku and Helsinki than in Oulu or Jyväskylä. Being a much more international city, Helsinki has a great variety of people. Lots of events, lots meetups, lots of gatherings, etc.
It boils down to this: Be a good person and a respectable member of your community, and you'll find it not so difficult to create good networks of friends. Also, having a not-!"#¤% family helps as well.
Every case is unique. You can't measure the result of your application based on arbitrary anecdotes online.

You would have much more opportunity in Sweden. Sweden is one of the easiest places around Europe to immigrate. Finland is one of the hardest.
As he persisted, I was obliged to tootle him gently at first and then, seeing no improvement, to trumpet him vigorously with my horn.

I disagree. Sweden is easy if you're a family member of a refugee, or if you're already an immigrant there. However, it's not so easy
to immigrate. Finland is hard before you're here, and still hard after you're here. That is not say that there aren't easy things in Finland, of course.

Why do not you try to move to a country with culture closer to yours - there is Saudi arabia , Dubai etc. if you work in a bank you have a chance there. In Finland you will have a meaningless job (if any) , the possible lowliest salary , a language that you might never learn and cold for half a year. Just tell me why Finland ?????
What do you want from me?????

Oh yeah, the illusive country of Dubai. The Dubaians have managed to keep it hidden from everybody else as an Emirate to avoid illegal immigration.

If you imply that I do not know that Dubai is not a country , you are mistaken . Dubai was mentioned , even if out of order, as a banking center in UAE.

Its atleast as easy to migrate in finland than in sweden, easier if you talk about "refugees". Your myth comes from that we dont have vocal people calling everone to migrate and dont have big migrant populations what causes "want to immigrate to there too".
And no there is no "oppoturnity" in sweden, or any country, they do atleast as bad as we or any western society to get people working or part of society, total fail is underestimate. This includes USA, Australia and Canada.
Stay where you are or live in ghetto on government subsidies what keeps you alive, thats most probable outcome if you dont have special experience/education and dont have work when you move in here.
