Do you know any site(s) where I can buy bird(s) online and they deliver to Finland?

I meant, Pet Bird(s) such as: Canary, Finch, Parrot, and the like ?

I think you would need a licence to do that. It doesn't sound legal to me - at least not from outside Finland.
Might be wrong but I've never seen a bird in a cage in an apartment in Finland.

I can't even import seed potatoes from the UK...

There are birds in cages in apartments in Finland. They are in cages in pet shops as well. Nothing illegal about it.

But shopping birds online from another country doesn't seem like a realistic idea. You can't simply pack a bird and ship it, its not a mobile phone or any other plastic product. They are alive and need proper care and handling.

Unless you are thinking about some more exotic birds, why not just buy a bird from a pet store (smaller birds) or a reputable breeder?
