I am going to apply rp on family ties and for Section B of form OLE_PH2, I am not sure I should choose A or B to fill in. I paste that part here for your convenience:
Section B: Information on family life. Answer the questions in A or B depending on whether you have lived together as a family member. If you are cohabiting, answer the questions in A.
A: You have married or registered your relationship, and have lived together as a family outside Finland (tourism abroad is not "living outside" Finland)
B: You have married or registered your relationship, but you have not lived together as a family outside Finland (tourism abroad is not "living outside" Finland)
Our situation is: We got married 2 yrs ago. We have not lived together all the time because his project work requires traveling around Asia. What we have been doing is: he moves to 1 project site, settlles everything there, after that I fly to stay with him for a few months or a few weeks, depending on how long I can be away from my office in my home country.
Because he stays in each place for only a few months, I don't need resident permit following his business visa but only tourist visa; and for many countries I can get a few month tourist visa, like India, China, Thailand, much easier than getting a permit.
I don't know if our such stay together can be counted as living togetheras a family? On my view, my husband always stays with business visa and I go there to stay with him because he works there, so I don't take it as "tourism abroad".
Can you please clarify which option we should follow for our situation? Is there anyone in the same situation and what did you do with this part?

Thanks Roger_roger! I forgot about the shared papers etc. Now obviously we can only follow the B route.
