Do you have unpaid bills in your credit history? Or what was the requirement with Klarna that you didn't fulfill? You don't have to tell it here, but likely the same applies also to other installment schemes. With credit card you can pay in "installments", albeit the interest rate is fairly high. If you don't have the money to buy something that's not a necessity straight out, you'll be only digging yourself deeper with installment schemes and such.
