babysitter or part time nanny in Tampere

We just moved to Tampere this August. My husband and me plan a trip to Norway, we have 2 kids, just wonder if there is a babysitter or part time nanny can watch my 2 kids for couple of days? 2 kids: 6 years old boy and 3 years old girl. My boy will go to school Monday to Friday, my daughter is at home, we are looking for day care for her, didn't find anything yet. Babysitter or nanny have to take my boy to school in the morning and pick him up after school, feed them, put them in bed. We live in downtown of Tampere. English speakers.
