hello every one
I need help regarding health insurance application I am a prospective PhD student my health insurance should cover a duration of more than two year and a cost of 30,000 euro ) , I am really confused as there are 4 recommended by Finland Migration . As I saw in these two health insurance companies
www.swisscare-student.com and
www.internationalstudentinsurance.com , there is a noticed difference in the prices for a student health insurance .
Swisscare price is about 215 $ (per year or month ?? not illustrated )
Snternationalstudentinsurance price is 145 $ per month.
Anther important point is there is no health insurance category covering family as well
your help and advice are much appreciated

Hi,
Swisscare is for 1 year. However, if you unfortunately must go to hospital and buy medicine, the insurance only pay back when the receipt is in English (and really slow). However, it is a good choice to apply for visa.

Hi,
Actually I just received my insurance reimbursement from Swisscare couple days ago though all my prescriptions and doctor's diagnosis are in Finnish. However, the process indeed is very slow.
