I've just joined this forum today. Someone sent me a PM but I can't reply his message and even I can't send private messages to anyone. I also can't send messages to administrators....
Can somebody tell me what should I do to unlock this feature? Please, I really need it.

You can only use the PM function after posting a few posts (I think it was three).
