Hello im asking regarding studying in finnish universities
My wife is finnish and we are planning to move there in the near future
If i got the permit of residence will this allow me to study in the finnish universities as finnish citizen?
And what if i want to learn the language do i have to pay for the courses?

And when im applying is it for permit of residence or permanent residence and what is the difference? And how long does it take for me to get the citizenship?

And if i applied while im staying in finland with visitor visa do i have to leave when the visa ends or till the decision is made by the migra

Most Bachelor degrees are offered only in Finnish and Swedish, English options are limited.
The application period for studies starting September 2021 will be in January 2021.

Depends on the circumstances.

Permanent can be applied for after 4 years of non-permanent residence.

You can stay in Finland until you get a decision.
It usually takes around 9 months to get a decision.
