kestovaippa would be likely the most useful term as a search keyword (literally "durable nappy')

(or kestovaippoja (plural partitive form))

Kestovaipat - yes, I presume that would be the usual term for all of the below... but in case you wish to have alternative translations

Washable nappies - pestävät vaipat
reusable nappies - uudelleen käytettävät vaipat
cloth nappies - kangasvaipat
real nappies - (erm what are these? made of nappy-tree bark? :wink:)

kertakäyttövaipat would refer to 'ordinary', throwaway/disposable nappies.
