Looking 4 gym near Pikku Huopolahti & womens rec soccer team

Looking for a gym with good cardio machines and weights near my new apt. in Paciuksenkaari. There is Elixia-Tali, I just want to compare shop prices/services/distance, etc.

While I'm posting that topic, also, am looking for a women's rec or co-ed rec soccer team to join. Perhaps in winter here there is an indoor team or club, which, I've only played outdoor, but would be willing to give it a go.
