For all you guys and gals interested in the jolly old game of Cricket, I'd suggest you have a look at http://www.cricketfinland.com. This should give you all the information you need. Alternatively for those in Helsinki http://www.skkcricket.com also has some information, including a womens team.
As for watching the Ashes, you will be pleased to know that the Ashes can be seen in the Outback Bar, Molly Malones and I believe Paino baari (not checked there myself though). Coverage is from Channel 4 (UK), so you even get to see Richie. What more could you want.
The Ashes can also be picked up over the internet through the Beeb.

The SKK pages turned up this delightful snippet of information:
National XI A innings (50-overs maximum) R M B 4 6
A Upadhyay lbw b Bhaskar 117 83 63 16 8
This gent opened the innings, was at the crease for 83 minutes, faced just 63 balls, and hit 112 of his 117 runs off boundaries. Who the hell IShe? Either they bowled underarm, or the match was played on a pitch the size of an ice-hockey rink, or he's totally wasted here. He should be playing with the big boys. Not even that Pietersen bloke can hit 8 sixes.
Edit: Bloody hell, this is a bit rum. As I scroll down, I see this chappy actually batted for the OTHER side, too. I guess that was because he was so good and they didn't think it would be fair otherwise. Batting at Number 10, he did thusly:
A Upadhyay c Kuchey b Turunen 36 13 12 2 4
Not a bad knock, really: 36 in 12 balls, with two fours and four sixes. Who IS this mystery man? And can he play for Australia and England at the same time? I think I might even pay to watch.

This mystery man plays for Helsinki Cricket Club. He is a class player and has apparently played professional cricket in Pakistan. You don't need to pay to see him play, just turn up to one of the fixtures.
I think Helsinki play at Kaisaniemi - on one of the gravel pitches.
If you look at some of his other scores you can see a pattern emerging. Pietersen'esque performances !!
