Does anyone has an experience about getting citizenship
i am Asian girl and will be married my fience soon but i don't understand about the proceed of getting a citizenship and do i have to have a permanent job before apply for the citizen, do i have to wait like a year or more? And what should i do after getting married in finland
You have to have lived together for a minimum of three years, plus a certain amount of time must have been spent in Finland. There's also a language requirement. In order to reside in Finland you'll need to obtain a permanent residence permit.Exceptions pertaining to the spouse of a Finnish citizen
The spouse of a Finnish citizen may be granted Finnish citizenship notwithstanding section 13(1)(2) if:
1) the spouses live and have lived together for a minimum of three years; and
2) the applicant is and has been permanently resident and domiciled in Finland;
a) for the last four years without interruption; or
b) for a total of six years since reaching the age of 15 years, with the last two years without interruption.

You could aski in http://www.thaiklupi.fi/foorumi about the exact paperwork getting married in Thailand (or get your boyfriend to ask there) theres all the bureaucracy re. Thailand and explaining the application of a residence permit (what office to go to and what paper to fill in) and so forth in the Bangkok end. Finnish end the application can be submitted by the spouse here, but it still is somewhat complicated.

Well, in Finland there really isn't that many housewives, but in the 3-5 years you spend learning the language theres a good chance you'll find a job.
Are you now getting two things confused?
Residence= right to live and work in Finland
Citizenship = a ferengi passport

No no no. Visa is coming for a visit. Coming to say hello. No work. then must be 6 months away. Residence permit is coming to live. The residence permit is given in different lengths - usually a year first, the two, five etc.
