Readers for an audiobook wanted

Post by Cynde » Wed Oct 19, 2005 12:47 pm

Hello to anyone who will listen/read,
An elderly man called me and asked me if I could find some readers for a book he would like recorded on a (CD?)
His 14 year old grandson died and Grandpa would like to donate (two) books on audiotape/CD/DVD whatever is used today, in his memory. He would like the readers to read for free, too. The books are called How to Be An Alien and How To Be A Brit by George Mikes. In my opinion the first book is included in the second book so in reality there is only one book, but he insists there are two. In any case the book(s) are lots of short humourous stories (minibus) and he wouldn't mind if they are read by many different people. He will supply equipment if needed.
For more information call him Kalervo Möttönen at 455 3441 Or me at 0440 300 650, although I know little more about it. He asked me to help him find volunteers.

This sounds interesting, and I'd like to know more...

May I ask to whom the recordings will be donated?

If you would call this man he will tell you all about it. I believe it is the school the boy attended.
