Before this question, I had no idea what Pilates is. Learned something new.

The site in Finnish seems to refer to Helsinki Sörnäinen studios, and if using link "in English" it talks about London.
Hmm, Method Putkisto - what that's then, method plumming...

Most of the Fitness centres like Wellness and SATS offer Pilates and you get access to their fitness machines too. Some gyms only offer annual subscritpions which are pricey eg: over 50 euro a month (SATS), but some are more flexible and you can buy tickets (Wellness). Some have cheap rates for students. I had a subscription with SATS for mornings only which was cheaper than the all day thing. (I had to cancel it though as I am now working, and never get the time to go). Some of the municipal offices offer evening classes for Pilates, I know there are a couple in Espoo. You might find details at the local library or municipal citizens advice bureau or on the internet. I have followed Pilates in Finnish and it was not such a big deal. If you have ALREADY done Pilates before so you know the basic techniques of breathing, inner muscle control stuff etc then IMO you can probably follow a session even in Finnish.
