How do you fancy your chances against Madrid this week ajdias?ajdias wrote:Enough of Premiership

Scouse suuporter I know was a bit pizzed off with LFC performance over the week end.
Went to see them loose to Charlton, for which Sammi the Hyppiä got most of the blame.. but he got some entertainment by going to see the David Blaine stunt ..
His response typical scouse humour..
Bit like Hesketh..only we have not seen him in the box for over three weeks....

I am not very optimist. Real lost saturday, so even a draw would be a bad result. And Becks is not playing so Real will be stronger..olly wrote: How do you fancy your chances against Madrid this week ajdias?
Besides Porto is not as strong as last year.. and they always seem to have some sort of fear from Real Madrid, even when playing at home. But I'll watch it weds. Nelosella 21:30
Yeah i'll be watching that, I'll be supporting Porto for that game as wellajdias wrote:I am not very optimist. Real lost saturday, so even a draw would be a bad result....But I'll watch it weds. Nelosella 21:30

He's been well overated for the past 2 years anyway. He's been a great player thoughajdias wrote:And Becks is not playing so Real will be stronger..

3 old geezers are sitting in a church.
The first old man asks : "Lord, When will Chelsea win the Premiership"?
God replies: "In the next five years".
The old man says : "I'll be dead before then".
The second old man asks ; "Lord, When will Arsenal win the European Champions League"?.
God replies : "In the next fifteen years".
The old man says : "I'll be dead before then".
The last old man asks: "Lord, When will England win the the World Cup again"?
God replies : "I'll be dead before then"!!!!!

Well I've not heard a thing about Bobby. going to do some investigating of my own. But the club mentioned is what I've been hearing also. Although I guess we shouldn't publish any names on here for this reason. (I noticed you didn't mention anyone, thankssimon wrote:The story about the girl at the weekend has got something to do with this me thinks and judging by the gossip going around its all pointing to one place as to where these playeers come from

Some quick thinking by the dibble here hey?:
Definitely wasn't West Yorkshire police investigating that onePolice, alerted the following day, realised they would have trouble establishing which room each player stayed in. But officers hit on a clever ruse to identify each one.
The hotel manager agreed to de-activate the hi-tech key card entry system on each of the rooms — locking the players out when they sought to get back in.
They were then forced to re-register in their own names to obtain a replacement room card, telling police who stayed where.
None of the players were aware police had been alerted when they checked out of the hotel and had no idea an investigation was already under way.
Officers swept all of their rooms soon after they left by taxi.

What about this then. Read 16 pages of posts on the barcodes forum. No conclusive evidence of Robson resigning and this statement to the stock exchange yesterday! Although the bookies have slashed odds on Newcastle getting relegatedsimon wrote:BIG STORY

Yep. I've been checking all football forums and all newspapers websites and no one is naming names. A simple look at who was playing where that weekend gives the team away easily enough though. No one seems to be concerned with that. But you will have a tough time finding out the players involved. I saw the names on a football forum. They were there about 5 minutes then the post was deleted and the thread locked.Hank W. wrote:There was a similar team-rape scandal in Finland regarding a finnish pesäpallo team. IIRC one newspaper got a hefty libel fine for speculations.
Any mention of the players names on this site will be deleted
That goes for requests for info via PM's or email also.
I don't think its likely on here though!
Cooeee...! My guess is this will be a much-examined post in this thread, given the current climate.
Well, all I have to say is S-s-s-s-s-t-t-t-uttergart
But all credit for scoring one.
And darn sarf they didn't do much better. What was it I heard about Besiktas - 6 previous away matches in Europe and they hadn't got a point... ooops!

That is cruel, man!..and after olly wrote: That goes for requests for info via PM's or email also.

Were there any developments today?
Well sorry ajdias, but its a bit of a hot potato this subject at the moment. I think the investigation might take a bit of time. Of course if one was to observe the fixtures that took place in London that weekend:ajdias wrote:That is cruel, man!..I suppose that if I really wanted to find their names it would be easy enough to match the pictures from Sun's articles with the ones that can probably be found at the team's website. Not that I really care, although I would not mind finding out who's the England player..
Were there any developments today?
The only Premiership football games to take place in London over the weekend were Arsenal v Newcastle United on Friday night, Chelsea v Aston Villa on Saturday and Charlton Athletic v Liverpool Sunday night.
They could probably jump to their own conclusions.
this should be the game of the weekend. But I think this will be a well observed game too.
