Finnish Family Law

Post by claris » Thu Jan 05, 2006 12:27 am

Hi reader,
I have come across a very interesting website that is regularly being updated about Finnish Family Law and how it abuses, in this instant, a father and daughter's human rights!!!!
http://www.tlf.me.uk
Please tell me this does not happen in Finland who is a member of the European Union and an equal minded country! :? I have seen previous posts about divorce/child access here so please comment your views!!!!

Nothing new in here.
Fact is that father is allways at the slippery ground. It doesn't matter if country is Finland, another EU country or USA.

Worst of all, it is an atrocity that ranks with the most heinous crimes.

Hilarious site. I found the 'test' especially juvenile. Could you elaborate a bit more? You are disgruntled because Finland kidnapped your daughter and doesn't let her talk to you, despite of her wishes..?

This exact same post can be found in several other areas of this forum. I can't take any of what this person says seriously since the posts appear to be automated.
In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry & has been widely regarded as a bad move.

Oh, quite. It just seems to me that the poor guy is advertising his own site here... I find it hard to believe that someone else would raise a stink over that. More information was all I wanted.

But... ~MEH~

Yes, it is a very seriously matter and sad as well - and it has been discussed previously in this board - here. Claris did not understand that posting multiple topics would do more harm than good to her(?) friend's cause as most people go through all the forums or search for new posts, in which case they'd be pissed off finding the same topic all over. Btw CLARIS, you can still delete those topics that haven't got replies. I hope things can be sorted out.

If that clown spent as much time being a father as he apparently spends waving flags purporting to be a father in various countries, maybe Tayla
http://www.tlf.me.uk/flagfest.htm would actually have a father instead of... an... internet clown.

Don't get me wrong, but if the guy really wanted to be his daughter's father he would figure out a way to live near her. End of story.

Yet again apologies for the many posts about a serious website with a debatable subject! Claris is a woman who understands all of this as she is also going through this and my daughter lives 5 miles away!!!!! Yes its difficult to comprehend unless you have experienced it which I don't wish on anyone!!! But the problem exists in many countries as its a social trend. If the dad in question went to live in finland work would be a problem due to language, court injunctions would be instructed against him for alleged harrassment or violence, he wouldn't be allowed to be a dad or see his daughter! Why does this behaviour exist? Parental Alienation Syndrome, pioneered by an american psychologist, Dr Richard Gardner is still not recognised by the courts but it exists and there is info on the net about it. Its a form of emotional abuse on the child and bullying. Here is a link to the only psychologist in UK, Dr Lowenstein who is trying to get this syndrome to be recognised........
http://www.parental-alienation.info/pub ... judgon.htm
Its a living breavrement when you are being prevented and alienated out of your child's life! Also if you return the case to court who do not use their powers of enforcement just means another court order for the parent with care to break.
Also its not just dads/mums that are being alienated from the child but grandparents, aunties/uncles and cousins.
The website is there to educate and bring awareness of what can happen but shouldn't, so changes to attitude/thinking on parenting after separation is needed.
Thank you for commenting whether they be negative or positive posts!

Well you're not going to get a whole lot of sympathy from me on that front... I had to learn Finnish and so do (did) a whole bunch of other people (who either stayed with their Hawt Blondes or divorced) to be able to be near my children.

That's the price you pay for coupling with a Hawt Blonde (see Hawt Blonde syndrome definition elsewhere on these pages)... Ya gotta put up with the rest of the crap that goes with it.

And as for the alleged court injunctions, did the guy even try to live here?
