From the swedish sitepenelope wrote:I thought Clas Ohlson did mail order....
Bought my Dremel from Varuboden in Kirkkonukki. A collegue got an Asian copy from Hong Kong in Nummela. The copy was cheaper and has worked fine, at least so far. Its worth using the cheaper bits and attachments rather than the Dremel items, which are overpriced and often don't perform as well as the copies.

I have an extra question.
I`m going to visit Finland soon and I`d like to visit some of DIY-stores there (Helsinki, Tempere and some others towns perhaps).
Could you give me some information about DIY-stores in Finland -I mean not on-line shops, but in reality, names of the stores and web-pages, for example, because I want to know exactly where there are. Domestic ventilation - that`s actually my main target.
Many thanks in advance!

Bauhaus is another that is starting to grow here, I know they are in Tampere & Vantaa, but we have rarely used them.

If you have daddys money, those two... Bauhaus isn't that bad on some items. Generic stuff can also be found in either http://www.teesi.fi or http://www.hongkong.fi or even http://www.tarjoustalo.fi for a good deal, but not eally specialized parts. One needs to be a bit price-conscious with hardware stores and the price/quality ratio. For example I bought my chainsaw from K-rauta, but the chains & stuff come from the local tarjoustalo..
.
I mean I have a hardware store nearby, but buying a fiskars spade and gloves there is 33,60 + 5,95 vs buying the same from tarjoustalo 14,95 + 2,30 makes you go hmmm...

No, with tools its a bit different. The "generic" 5 euro tooltime-spades are crap, I've broken two. I bought *exactly* the same Fiskars spade 14,95 (it was on sale, reg. 25,50 or so) and the same gloves... And the Fiskars spade *is* good... not that I'd pay over 30 euros for one...
