Helsinki has two Univeristies that have Departments of Economics..
There is one in the city.

THe other is about 15 kilometers to the west of Helsinki.

Although this University is a University of Technology..some of the courses are linked to management course that include economics.

Although I dont know if either has it's own "football pitch/team"...I am sure that there is access to plenty of local sports facilities.

by school of economics you mean HSE? http://www.hse.fi

There's a field some 200 meters away from the school and a few others around town if by football field you mean fields with enough space to play football.

If you mean grass, no. If you mean people playing football, no. Right now there is a meter of snow and by all probabilities an ice rink ;)

In Finnish Universities the student use the local community facilities.
To the best of my knowledge they do not have their own "Sports Complexs". They have their own clubs and teams for most sports, but they make use of local public facilities.

There's a field in Töölö next to finnair stadium that has been kept clean of snow - or almost, yesterday there were a few centimeters there.
I noticed some matchs being played this winter but mostly, from what I see, is for practicising purposes. Of course that won't be of much use for Jon in Mikkeli's hse branch.

AFAIK TKK doesn't have it's own sports fields.

We used to make use of the two pitches on the Tapiola side of Kehä 1, go past the water tower, over the bridge & down the other side to your right sort of behind Inoppoli and further on towards Tapiola by about 3/400m.

Even those were on a bad slope a la Yeovil Town.
