Damned Czechs! Why couldn't they play like that against Finland?
Poor old
Graham Poll appears to have shat his potful for this tournament. Let's hope he's not an accountant in real life, because 1+1+1 doesn't equal 2. He had a bit of a shocker last night, but how come nobody ELSE noticed except the commentators? What DO they pay the fourth official for? To check the subs' studs and the coaches' blood-pressure and wave that little "3 minutes" sign????

Spain. The underachievers of Europe. I've supported Brasil forever, and this is the first time I am cheering for another team. (I wouldn't mind Brasil winning --- I think Kaka will go long way or in fact, may have arrived already --- , but it would be interesting if another country makes it...)

Thats because some big guy back home has got his money riding on that result.
Didnt you know them boys are as corrupt as corrupt can be. When they get back home half the team will end up in the slammer on charges of match fixing!!!!!

Well, I'm still cheering for France - at least until tomorrow. It could be Zizou's last game, so even if they don't win it would be great to see him score against Brazil, again.
And yes, I think Henry did dive for the second goal against Spain.

Spain was my favourite, but I guess Germany should win now Spain's eliminated. I hope Portugal doesn't win. That match against Nederlands was a disgrace.

C`mon England!! What a way to win the world cup this´ll be...first we get revenge for 2004 against Portugal, and hopefully we´ll beat Germany in the final on german soil...or maybe I´m just dreaming as we usually cock it up somehow...
