publishing book at affordable prices

Someone told me that one can publish a book on a small scale at affordable cost.

My estimate is that I would need maximum 200 copies. In such case, generally the cost of publication is high. I would also like to make CDs. Subject is related to international business.

The book would be in English.

I was told that I can get it published at low prices despite less number of copies. But I do not know whom to contact. Can someone help me?

Thanks a lot. I have visited their site now and got all the information. I would now look for other options also like publishers in Helsinki who would publish both books and CDs.
