Montoya has been booted by McLaren with immediate effect

Well the press release says...
"released"...

But after his last race in Formula One saw him run into the back of team-mate Kimi Raikkonen on the opening lap of the United States Grand Prix.
"He was going to have to go"...according to lots of "experts"....So IMO Kimi will now not go to Ferrari.

There wasn't much choice after Montoya basically said he doesn't like F1.

Why don't you think Kimi will move now?

I loved how every driver from Alonso to Coulthard usually ended up thanking Montoya for handing them their great race position - after Montoya always managed to screw up something for his teammate. But honestly, who didn't see this coming and who in their right minds would have hired Montoya to pair with Raikonen in the first place?

Now, don't get me started about the disappointment that ended up being Webber :/
