I think your first problem will be getting A finn to except the idea of dinner as "late" as 20:00, although if you invite some Spaniards they will probably give you a strange look for having dinner before 2am.

I dont think the noise will be a problem. I lived in Hoas accomodation for 3 months and my flat mate was anything but quiet (not my reason for moving). He would often have after parties when people started falling through the door at 6am on a sunday morning or as a noisey conclusion to the party that started at 22:00 the night before. Loud music and shouting were the norm. Not a single complaint.

If you are concerned just put a note up inside the front door saying you are having a small party and if it gets to noisey then they should knock on your door.
Oh, God, God, God! What on earth was I drinking last night? My head feels like there's a Frenchman living in it.

This reminds me of: you could actually put up two separate notices :!:

Before the party: Meillä on juhlat klo 22.00 - pahoittelemme aiheuttamaamme häiriötä!

(We're having a party at 22.00 - we're sorry for the disturbance caused)

When the party starts: Meillä on juhlat - aiheutamme pahoittelemaamme häiriötä!

(We're having a party - we're causing the disturbance we were sorry for earlier)

Depending on your neigbours, either the neighbor, the janitor or the police will be behind your door at 22.01

And as Sammy said, eating is done at 18-21, usually at 22-23 people leave out to the bars. (And the Spanish people are totally confused  )

Georgian culture
Would there be any chance, even a tiny, tiny possibility, that you are somehow connected to that Tallinn´s Georgian restaurant Musta lamm??? Please say yes, and then get their mushroom soup receipe from the chef.

Sorry, I always get Georgian and Caucasian mixed. No, they don´t give the recipe, I have already asked twice. I just thought that maybe you know the chef...

That would be really nice. I do have tons of Finnish mushroom soup recipes, and also many Russian and Estonian ones, but nothing beats that Musta lamm Caucasian soup.
