serious and urgent

Post by Esther » Sat Aug 19, 2006 5:28 pm

I broke up with my finnish partner within one year of marriage due to international differences. I got A permit (family tie) because of my marriage to him. Now, we are devorse but still with my first A permit till and it will expire in December this year. Luckily for me, I am working in a company outside where we were living since I moved out from his place. I am working because of my A permit. My question is, how can I renew my permit? Do I have to apply for residence based on job or what? Please advice.

Esther.

Well, that would be one of the options available, as you can't really apply in the family category if the divorce has gone through already.
