I'm sorry but are you saying that you want a friend to learn a language from? to me it read like you want a partner (as in boyfriend or girlfriend) based on the language they speak, you can't base a relationship on that :? If im wrong sorry  haha

In English - Partner is often the word used to describe your bf or gf, husband or wife. I think what you are saying is you just want a Finnish speaking friend to hang out with and talk with so you can also learn Finnish.

You need to be careful what you say as people who use English can easily misinturpret what you are saying.

Hi,

I hope you'll find your Finnish-speaking friend - I'd just want to point out that maybe this forum is not such a good place to look for one, because a) many of the people who visit this forum are not Finns, and my guess is that quite a large number of them are in the process of learning Finnish themselves... and, what's more b) most people here know English already so your offer to teach it might be likened unto "preaching for the converted"

You're the one claiming to be able to teach English, not I.
BTW it would also help if people knew where in Finland you were - no use for me telling you to come over for some abuse if you're in Oulu.

One more thing, if you are planning to teach English, maybe you should take more care when spelling.

You write " teach u english" and "how desperate i m to know". English is not my native language, but that kind of spelling does not strike me as very professional.

You stop writing everything wrongly first.

You could go to the Jolly Dragon language night for example - or then the weekly welcome.

I'm thinking your english looks pretty suspect. I think everyone is on the right track when they are telling you to pay attention to the spelling, you are offering services as an instructor.

Hey people,I am not here to lecture English but look for a Finnish-speaking friend.I even said I would teach you English because I thought
incase the Finnish-speaking friend didn't speak English . If all the Finnish speaking people in finland speak English, I guess I have to reconsider my offer. So People, I am not here to teach English but learn Finnish so
if you cant help, stop critisizing my English.
