Hello all,
While I'm a Finnish citizen, I'm not a Finnish resident. (I'm currently living in Sweden)
Other than the fact that I'm entitled to carry an EU Nordic passport (which is great!), are there any benefits that a Finnish citizen is entitled to which is not based on his or her residency?
Thanks.
Citizen, but non-resident - Benefits?

Yes, that's been sorted out already.

If Goran Persson by any chance (lets hope not!) get another four years to screw Sweden up, at least you have one country you can be a proud citizen of; Finland!
