Does anyone know what the rented accomadation situation is like in this area? I have an interview next week for a job in the area and wondered if anyone had any tips on the area. By the way, it need not be very large as I'm single but I would appreciate cheapness.

Dunno, but with a quick search one doesn't find any. I don't think you'll be needing to worry about the price - if someone is going to hire you there, they'll have something organized.
