Finnish Family Courts

Post by big_papa » Wed Sep 13, 2006 8:35 pm

This is a serious post.

IS it true that the court orders for family matters in finland are not worth the paper they are printed on?
I have read many articles about family cases and it appears that one party can violate the court order and there will be no recourse for that person. In america these action would be a serious offense, in Finland it appears to be normal becasue no one seems to care.

IS there any way to "make" people follow the court orders?
And does the goverment and social workers even care that children in finland are being deneid access from their other parents even when a court order awards joint custrody and visatations.

If you have any real information to help me please private message as well.
