Sports bars in Tampere

Anyone live in Tampere,,, where are the best sports bars ,,,to watch england play.

where abouts are you from?. I usually watch footy in either

but it can be quite rare that they show the england games, esp if finnish games are on at the same time. I just watched that dire game against croatia through the net from a chinese tv station.

Im from Oxford, but have lived in Spain along time now, married to a Finnish girl, and we have a house there in Aitoo near Tampere, ive lived in Finland before in Espoo near Helsinki, so i know what its like over there. What about you ,where you from & what are you doing in Finland.

Hi carl,

I came over here for a woman 7 years ago. before that i lived in brighton. Like most other blokes here i came over for a woman 7 years ago and lived in turku and then espoo b4 comming up here to tampere a few months ago. there seems to be a few english lads in the forum from tampere, have to organise a meet up when england play...

Ok yep have to meet up ,,,i wont be moving to Tampere untill April next year though,,,, but i could do with afew Britt friends to have a few pints with and talk in the mother tounge for abit of rest from the scandiholigans ranting on in my ear all day long.

Both those are good bars though I've started going to Pub Höyry more now as they've two massive screens and for the Premier League games they always show 2 games when there's simultaneous matches. Maybe we'll bump into each other Krash, we've spoken before I think on here at least!
