Hello all,
I am searching for a "teacher" for my son, aiding him in reading and writing and doing some math with him as well.
He has become very interestd in reading and writing the last few weeks. He also loves counting and adding numbers.
At daycare they don't do anything like this yet,
so now I would like to find someone who could sit down with him, maybe once every week and practice (I do it too but sometimes practicing with someone other then mom could be more interesting).
Preferably someone with a montessori background.
searching for a montessori teacher/private teacher

Hi,
I am an experienced teacher, not with a Montessori background but quite familiar with the Montessori teaching. I was teaching in Mexico a 4 year old girl who was attending a Montessori kindergarten and in a way, her mother guided me to follow a similar teaching at home when I was with her daughter. I don't have her contact information here.
I can give you the email address of one of my students in Prague as a reference. I was also her son's teacher for two years. I started teaching her son when he was 4 years old.
Let me know if you would like to know more about my teaching experience.
Kind thoughts,
-Susan
