Our baby will be seven months in a week's time - so am planning to introduce proteins in the form of chicken and fish. I've already given him some chicken blended into his lunch & dinner meals to try and he likes that. But please advise on fish - which is a good first fish to start off for baby? Thank you!

Actually, it was called being cheap as I had a bunch of reindeer meat
in my freezer from knowing too many reindeer herders

it wasn't their first solid food.
Too bad though that I didn't come up with the idea then of pureeing it
and freezing it into popscicles. Would have helped with the teething
