When I had my son in 2001, there was a notice posted on the hospital bulletin board about baby massage classes. If no one else has better info, you might look for that.

Hi!
For the yoga part
Check http://www.jooga.fi (shanti joogakoulu). Then choose VIIKKO-OHJELMA at the top and it shows a VAUVA + Vanhempi yoga on tuesday morning. Presumably in finnish. I haven't been there myself.
