another question

ok, i have been offered a job in helsinki, i will get my contract on monday. so my question is this. is my work contract and UK passport enough to register at the maistraati(sp) ? as well as the 40e of course

You'll have to go also to the police before maistrati.

yea i knew i had to go to the police station i just got a bit confuddled....everything is kinda sorted now (me thinks)........me hopes....but so far i am loving finland

except i have to poop and then prod it with a cotton bud for a salmonella test..........weird...but it has to be done...anyways thank you for all your help this forum really helped me stop being so nervous about moving here.....i guess i will stick around and become a regular once i have my own net connection
