At home about once a week. If I feel particularly nervous more often. At the cottage every day.

2) Alone or with other people? With who?
Depends who is around. At home usually alone.

3) What's the perfect temperature in a sauna for you?
Depends on the sauna and stove and in question. 65° in some saunas feels like 90° in some others.

4) Vihta or Vasta? Which word do you prefer?
Vihta. I am from western Finland.

5) What you usually drink in sauna or after it? Water? Beer?
Nothing in the sauna. Beer + water after.

6) Your nationality & gender?

2) almost never alone. Usually with my wife.
3) temperature is not important so long as it's warm enough. Humidity is what counts. Dry = not good.

Once a week in summer, 2-3 times a week in winter, and more when the temperature outside is below minus 15 degrees. On the yearly average, I'd say a bit more than 1.5 times a week.

1) roughly ten times a year, I don't like the summer cottage life (been there, done that) nor going to sauna at home during the summer when it's hot as it is
