There is no such thing as a weird human being. It's just that some require more understanding than others.

Bonjour. Check this site out as it has most of the hockey clubs in Finland. They all understand English.

Kiekkolinkit : Juniorisarjat

IHK hosts an oldtimers tournamet every year and welcomes teams from North America. Good Luck!

I think all hotels are expensive in Helsinki but I'm sure someone out there can help you out with the hotels. But don't worry, the price of beer is now cheaper in Finland than in Canada!
By the way, do you need an extra player? My brother is 50 and lives in Montreal, speaks Finnish and has played lots of oldtimer hockey, even with ex-NHLers. I could pm his cell phone number for you.

I have a new question ,my friends overseas. In Canada ,it's more easy for us to have vacation in october or november. What's Helsinki look like in this period of year.Is it still very interresting to go there during those month.I know that the days are getting shorter

In 2002 ,we were at Memphis bar and it was the first time of my life that i saw the sun rise at 4:00am in the morning.it was a shock for us.It was in may.We cannot forget the Hot Dog s with 2 sausage in it.wow.

The weather is roughly the same as in Montreal except its more dreary. Darker, colder and wetter, and hockey is in full swing.
