Good information about the games but where can we watch the champions play Wales on Sunday?

Ok, here it is for those in Helsinki (or those willing to travel that far)
Painobaari (in Sanomatalo) will be screening the following games from TV5 on the big screen:
QUARTER FINALS
Sat 8th Nov Quarter Final 4, 09.30 - NZ V's SA
Sun 9th Nov Quarter Final 2, 09.30 - France V's Ireland
Sadly the other two quarter Final's will not be shown.
SEMI FINALS
Sat 15th Nov Semi Final 1, 11.00
Sun 16th Nov Semi Final 2, 11.00
PLAY OFF (FOR 3rd & 4th POSSITION)
Thu 20th Nov, 11.00
FINAL
Saty 22nd Nov, 11.00
So, come along and watch the rugga on the big screen, more more fun in a pub than home in front of the telly
Righto!

Looks like it's the far from perfect text message commentary for us
Or... a WORD CENSOR - POSSIBLE SPAM POST pointed at the TV from the UK?????
Trouble is, thats probably (definately) illegal, and anyway, I don't know anyone in the UK who'll own up to having a webcam...

I know a welsh bloke here that has Viasat, and as far as I know he'll be getting a lot of visitors after NZ thrash the yarpies on Saturday.

Righto!

There's a deeply unsatisfying MatchTracker thing on the IRB web site
http://www.rugbyworldcup.com/, but it is slightly better than the text message option (new definition of terror: 1 New Message on my phone during Ireland v Argentina). Because the IRB have also pay-option audio and visual broadcast, I think they've refused net broadcast rights to everyone else. Insert swearwords here.

Another place where you can listen to the game over the internet is via an NZ radio station:
http://www.95bfm.com
They'll be doing their own commentary while watching the telly. Its generally pretty good and funny. They may only be commenting the NZ games though, not sure on that one.
Its also the ONLY radio station in the world worth listening to.
Biased? Me?
Never!!
Righto!

Good one Fionna, unfortunately God was also on the side of the Christians he Romans threw to the lions.
Luck, like a Russian car, generally only works if you push it.

Guess I'll have to miss the champions v Wales but it should be broadcast on BBC Fivelive radio which can be accessed.
Shame really but we'll have to make do with watching the champions in the semis.
By the way the B'Ham City FC Supporters Club will be meeting to watch us beat the Yam Yams tomorrow afternoon in the Sports Academy. Kick-off 2.30pm. Come along if you want to listen to the dulcet tones of Brummagem!!

Yep. You can get 5 live on the web, but when I tried to listen to the British GP when I was working in Malaysia, the coverage was stopped (due to FIA legal reasons) before the warm-up lap.
I suspect it will be the same for the rugby, but I'll be trying it for the Champions v. england
Cheers

Happened to me too a week ago when I tried 5-live for the B'Ham-Villa broadcast, Gavin.
But I'll try it again on Sunday.
Maybe I'll get to hear the first 20 minutes by which time the WC Champions will be 24 points ahead and I won't have to bother with the rest

Well, 10/10 for optimism
In any case, I'll be getting a text message for every score, good luck though...
You'll need
something anyway
Cheers
